Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at healthykhao.co.in@gmail.com with your:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If the item was marked as a free product, part of a combo, or bought during a sale, only the actual paid amount will be refunded.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Opened or used food items (for consumable brands like Healthy Khao)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
